David S. Siegel, CPM®, President

Dave Siegel is a graduate of the California Institute of Technology (“Caltech”), and has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker (#00484097) since 1976. He holds the Certified Property Manager® designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a past president of IREM’s San Joaquin Valley Chapter. Prior to founding Siegel and Co. in 1993, he served for 13 years as Senior Vice President of West Valley Companies, Inc., and President of West Valley Management Corp.

Douglas M. Holton, Executive Vice President

Doug Holton, also a principal of Siegel & Co., holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He is licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson (#00966937) and his career of 25 years in the industry has provided him with broad experience encompassing not only property management, but commercial real estate sales, leasing and finance as well. His talents and his excellent reputation in the community have brought an entirely new dimension to Siegel & Co.

Roxean DeFendis, Vice President-Controller

Roxean DeFendis has been in real estate management for 25 years. She is proud to recall starting as an apartment manager, earning her California Real Estate License (#01500243) and growing in the business, through the years, as a group multifamily property supervisor and a commercial property manager. Mastering another discipline, she also set up the original accounting system for Siegel & Co. and has played a vital role in the growth of the company since its beginning.
